One who doesn't judge you, one that's loves you no matter what, one that can hear you out and then give you an advise.
Sometimes a good sister doesn't have to be related to you, it can be a good friend - like I have- I consider my friend my sister. ;-)

A best friend makes a great sister.
Makes me laugh and is honest and listens to me and I do the same for her.

Ummm well i've been getting along better with my sis. It's the older i get the better the relationship. We do fight though(sometimes).
