sounds like gastroenteritis, get the doctor out

Get her to the doctor - if she's pregnant the baby (and your wife of course) will need to be properly nourished.
My friend had 'morning' sickness 24/7 for most of her pregnancy, which is unusual, and she ended up having to go to hospital with dehydration and a VERY sore gullet and ended up on a rehydrating drip for a couple of days...

Things she found helpful in the longer run were lemons and avocado with pepper and salt - it's mild and nutritious so will do her good without being too unpleasant on the way up!

Ginger is very good for nausea too, in any form - try crystallised stem ginger (root ginger is a bit too strong), or lemon and ginger infusion (brand: Twinings).

I assume your wife is pregnant and that is why you are posting it here. Most likely it is just "morning sickness" the name is a misnomer as it can happen 24/7. Now if she is getting very little fluids and not keeping anything down get her to the doctor. The last thing she or the baby needs is to get dehydrated.
Good Luck

Could be a lot of things: appendicitis, gall stones, kidney infection, stomach flu. Take her to the doctor immediately, there are several problems that would need to be addressed immediately.

She either is pregnant or she has a stomach flu. IF its been going on for more than a week you need to go to the doctor

first she should see a doctor? If not pregnant might be what she is on for birth control.I get the same thing myself.she should also get checked for cysts on her ovaries. those give abdominal pains. I could also be acid reflux. My son has that, and he was on medication for it.

You dont say how far pregnant she is. If in late pregnancy it could be a sign of pre-eclampsia.

Get her checked out is the best idea.

Please go to the emergency room or the doctor! It could be something major and you don't want to let it go on for too long if that is the case.
