thing except in rotation. I would like to stay at each station for an entire minute instead of switching every 30 seconds. I barely can clamber out of the previous machine to get into position in the new one in that amount of time. Then I do a few reps and it's time to switch again. What is wrong with switching at every other prompt instead of each time they say to switch?

How old are you? How fit are you?
The Curves workout is designed for older and heavier women who are just starting to work out, so if you are younger and fitter, you should outgrow their routine pretty fast.
Try a normal gym- they have more equipment, more qualified trainers, and are not politically affiliated.
