Ernie: Good point. But as Christians we should be compassionate and recgonize people's struggle... as Christians we shouls not judge... and so on, but as Christians we are instructed to be set apart and not agree to agree... and comply just because we want unbelievers to not target us. Who cares if they do? As Christians we were warned about this...

We should also pray for and be concerned with our brothers and sisters who are still new to the faith, or stunted in their growth because of their worldly passions.

As Paul told Timothy, "...Refute, warn, and encourage with the utmost patience when you teach." (II Timothy 4:2)

We should also only demand orthodoxy on the essentials of the faith, and not the disputable matters. Otherwise, we bring harm to those who listen to us. (II Timothy 2:14)

Have a blessed day!

Ooooh, listening to Eminem and making a reference. You'd better sit down. Haha, just kidding. You're right that Christians who don't let it affect their lives are terrible PR for us.

Honestly, people have said to me that I'm a "real" Christian because I'm polite, I've never had sex, and I don't drink or curse. You know, none of the "big" things. But let me tell you, it's the little things, like pride, that will kill you. How did the devil become the devil anyway? Not by making a mistake or two or partying. I'm lucky because I was born with intelligence, mental health, and a good family and economic background. Before you judge if someone else is a "good" Christian, take a look at where they struggle. Is it more visible than something you have in your heart?Everyone screws up eventually. It's how you own up to it that counts and what's in your heart. Love God, love others (and loving is what you do for them, not how you feel in a moment of bliss) and God will change you and refine you. That's all that matters.

Before you start turning away from the comformities of world and the people in it remember what Christ Jesus himself said to the pharisees when they asked his disciples, "why does your teacher eat with tax collector's and 'sinners'?" (Matthew9:11-12) On hearing this, Jesus said, "Itis not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. But go and learn what this means; 'I desire mercy, not sacrafice.' For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." Going a little further Matthew 10:32 "Whoever acknowledges me before men, I will also aknowledge him before my Father in Heaven. But whoever disowns me before men, I will disown him before my Father in Heaven. So how do we reach those souls that are now lost if we only sit with the healthy in spirit? As christians are we not called to spread the good news of Jesus Christ? I stand humbly before all and proclaim my faith in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. In Matthew 13:24-30, Jesus tells teaches the parable of the weeds; it's best summerized in verses 28-29 "'An enemy did this,' he replied. And the servants asked hi, 'Do you want us to go and pull them up?' "No,he answered, because while you are pulling the weeds, you may root up the wheat within them." If you read this whole parable Jesus clearly states that at his appointed time the weeds and the wheat will be seperated the weeds (those who reject the name of the Lord will be bound togther and burned up and the wheat (those who believe in the name of Jesus Christ and the redemption of our sins) will be brought into his barn (heaven). Some one needs to plant the good seed, although we cannot force the will of God upon anyone we cannot stand idly by and forget to spread the seed. If one person comes to faith through a seed I have palnted it is by the Grace of God alone they shall be saved though I will have been blessed by Him as an instrument for which tthat soul was saved. And personally I am thankful for the opportunity to have been chosen to be that instrument. Just my two cents

I stand to acknowledge the REAL Christian Church of the Nazoreans that still exist. They were from Mount Cashel and Egypt and continue to this day. Jesus Christ and his brother James were the high priests of this church, in line from David and the church if Rome is a falsehood! Rome's dogma was designed to control the populace and did not have the truths of the real original Christ church supported by the apostles. Rome's church was concocted by Paul and is labeled: the Pauline church.

Hello Mr. Happy2,
I would like to hear more from you on the faith that you possess. It appears that you have more to offer than this one liner so to speak?

As you know, faith comes by hearing the Word of God. With this ever increasing faith we are given through God more and more responsibilities. Where are you in the Body of Jesus Christ.

E-mail me or just keep it up with questions and answers><>

Jesus warned us that if the world hated Him...it will hate us.
and the servant is not greater that his master.

And we are exhorted in 2 Corinthians 6:14-17 to not be in fellowship with the world.

We are to be a light in the world....without sharing in the darkness that defines it.

Christians or not trying to get people to accept them, they are trying to get people to accept God.

I am not only standing but 'walking' also.
But when I fall , as I do many times, I get up as quick as possible and stand and walk.
