Umm it depends on what you're handling him for, like if hes just been broken up with, then yea hes gonna take that to the heart and its gonna hurt a lot so you're going to need to reassure him a lot that everything is going to be fine and he'll get through this no problem. When telling him this you need to be kind-hearted and then work your way to the tough love.

Not a lot that you can do , other then to encourage him and let him know what a great guy you think he is. In time hopefully he will be able to determine what is important and what is not. Everything is not worth the time to even think about and learning to choose your battles can eliminate some of the anxiety.

He is probably just an emotional person to begin with. Just listen to him and be his shoulder when he needs to cry. At least he is showing you that he has emotions for most guys that must be a dirty word or something. Most men think guys who cry are punks or even worse. I think its sexy and sweet. Just try to assure him that its not personal and that people can be mean but what he has to do is just pray for them. God Bless

I normally hug and kiss my bf when he is like that. And he feels a whole lot better afterwards.
