What proof do you have that all spirits return to GOD?? Has your spirit been up there? Not if you are still alive. What proof do you have in evolution? Were you there billions of years ago when the earth supposedly began to exist? If it's proof you're looking for, you won't find it. That's why it's called the 'theory of evolution'. The difference is, Christians have faith. In Hebrews 12:1 it says that "Faith is the evidence of things not seen." We have faith that the Bible is true and if God says there is a Hell and those who reject His salvation will go there, then that's what I believe. If you say that makes me simple-minded, then I ask you why you believe what some scientist tells you and take it for complete truth?

The bible describes it in many ways, fire, brimstone, torment, etc. But the best answer would be that Hell is eternal separation from God. Why would anyone want that? As for your other question: you don't have to do a thing to get there. We are already condemned to hell. That's why Jesus came...to save us!

Has anyone actually been there? How do we know its not like when our parents tell us those little stories to keep us from misbehaving? I don't understand why people keep describing it as being a fiery pit...since when did you go visit to find out?

I'm not saying it does exist, I'm not saying it doesn't, but I will say that no amount of stories is going to scare me unless you have been there and have the facts. Or at least a post card if you can't get back to tell me in person!

Hell is terrible, and it exists because God created man to be accountable to God for his actions. God's perfect justice demands payment for sins For the wages of sin is death. Romans 6:23
But I say unto you That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. Matthew 12:36

Hell is a place of torment, separation from God, hopelessness, no escape and darkness. You don't have to do anything to get there. You have to accept Jesus as your personal savior to avoid going there.

hell is a place of eternal torment. all day you will be burning in a lake of fire. not a place that you would want to go. you get there by disobeying God and not asking for forgiveness, by living a life of sin and evil.

Well the bible does say it is a place of fire and brimstone, and seperation from God. If you don't want to go there then don't do anything wrong. Opps too late. God is the only one who can save you .

Dont think it doesnt exist cause it does. Hell is a place for people who dont exept Jesus Christ as their savior and who dont repent and turn from their sins. It is a place where you will be forever seperated from god.
