i am not fat, but i eat all the time, i just love food and is infatuated by food, i know its wierd but food is the most important thing to me, i cant sit for more then 10 mins without going to the fridge, its always been like this, and it happens especialli when am thinkin too much , ni advice or help please? am gona become obese soon!

talk to your g p first. get some blood work done, and tests, to rule out any physical disorder. i had the same problem and found out my blood sugar was not right. hope this helps.

Hey, if your not fat...eat up! I wish I had that problem. I love food too. Maybe this is a kind of lesson. Maybe your path in life is to be a cook. Maybe it's just like people who smoke. When they are not doing anything they smoke just b/c it's something to do. But if your not getting fat then you have a great metabolism. Maybe I will see you on the Food Network someday.

Do you work? That makes a big difference. Also someone advised earlier to drink water...that's a great idea. Also try working out at night or in the morning. And when you eat snacks (not including your 3 main meals [breakfast, lunch, dinner]) try eating an apple, yogurt, or other kinds of fruits. If none of this works I would advise you talk to a physician about this. Good Luck!

Maybe you should consider therapy. Try to watch what it is your eating and make sure its not cheeseburgers and fries. And do you really need to eat a whole meal whenever you're just "bored" and not really "hungry"? I would look for some self-help groups, you can overcome anything with a little help. Good luck!

at the moment i am like this am not fat am 8 1/2 stone 5 ft 4 but i can see am getting a bit of another chin lol. and idont now what to do to stop so i dont get fat and lazzy i work in a fast enviroment and i will burn food off but if i go on my breack i eat a full packet of fig rolls and come out wishing i have never eating them i wat to stop but i cant.

That's not normal. I have a really high metabolism so I can eat and not get obese, and I do enjoy eating. But I'm not that obsessive. In all sincerity, get some medical help.

For me if I eat salt together with sweet food , my appetite will increases and I will eat more food than I usually eat . Then the next day I can feel my butt meaty . So I will avoid eating food mixed with that two taste .

There has to be something that triggers this. A traumatic childhood experience? Try drinking water when you want to go to the fridge. Helps me. :-)

I used to be a food addict, reading this post is like a blast from the past for me.
Please get help!!! Visit a specialist who can help you. Don't let this situation get worse, you'll end up fat and sad like I used to be.
