You don't choose. Why would your friend or your boyfriend put you in such a bad situation? What's wrong?
I'd say tell them both that unfortunately this is who you've picked to be your friend/boyfriend and that they can just deal. You understand they don't like the other person, but you will do your best to make sure they don't have to spend time together, but you will not tolerate them bad-mouthing each other.

He's the best until the next best guy comes along. It's not like you are 80 years old and have no chance of meeting guys. Your friend, if you screw your friend over, may never come back, and if your boyfriend breaks up with you or gets killed, then where will you be? Pick your friend.

dont. If your friend is a true friend thay wont expect you to choose them over your boy friend, now your boyfriend may be different... and they may both be a little jealous of each other. thats normal. but when you spend time with each individually please dont talk constantly about the other, that will make more animosity toward each other. Just devote some time to each of them and show them there is enough love to go around!

if they both loved you and cared about you they wont make you choose make sure you make time for both of them and don't leave one out. me and my friend are going through the same thing i feel like i always put her on the back burner for him but she has to understand this is a relationship and especially an intimate one so at times you will want to spend time with him other than her and he will have to understand that sometimes you just wanna be with her and chill with her.

You sound kinda young. If your boyfriend is trying to make you chose he is not the best boyfriend you ever had. He is controlling and manipulative and you deserve better than that. If he does this now imagine how things will be later.

You're young....guys will come and go, friends are forever (or at least until you go to college and then your friends change, or when you get out of college, they change again).
Don't ever choose a guy over a friend....the guy will hurt you in the end...happens EVERY time.

why would u have to pick , unless someone is a bit insecure and controlling. don't settle for a controlling man, u will be sorry it u do. if what he is asking is unreasonable than tell him so. u may be flattered at the controlling jealous guy now, but after awhile it sure can get old.

First of all never,loose what youv'e always had. and friends will always be there for you. Tell them you love them both and your not choosing between them. Explain to your boy friend that you friend is always gonna be in your life.Sandy-SAM
