A will is a private document. There is no public record of it until after death, when the will is presented at Probate Court and made public at that time.

If the person is still alive, your only way of finding out is to ask them. That's pretty darned cold, and they could lie to you or change their mind.

Usually their Attorney will get in touch with you but if you feel that you were in a will that has been read you should call the person's attorney.
