It depends on your weight, the amount of muscle and fat that you have, and your habits actually. There is no easy answer.
One person can weigh 200 lbs and be mostly muscle, and burn a lot more without exercise compared to someone at the same weight that's mostly fat. There's just too many variables there.

It depends things like if you are male or female and how much you weight and how much muscle mass you have. I would say the average male burns 2000 a day and the average female 1600 a day.
RMR is your Resting Metobolic Rate, there are caculators that can compute yours for you at http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.html

It really depends on the person and body type they are. A fat out of shape person doesn't burn that much, while a muscular in-shape person burns much more doing nothing.

go to a search engine and put BMR in. that is your basic metabolism rate. it determines how many calories your body burns a day at rest.

it can be calculated as
your weight in pounds /2.2
if you are female multiply the given number per .8
if you are male don't do any thing
this is the calories per hour and it is called your basal metabolic rate .
