Good at head?

brain, head, whatever you wanna call it....it just seems like such a weird and difficult thing. What's a way to handle it and be good at it?? Especially with an easy gag reflex!

If he likes it, nothing is wrong with how you do it. It is awkward at first but you just need practice.
