Not all person who post to this Forum are hate-mongers. Likewise, some self-professed Christians seem to have wandered away from the “love thy neighbor” reservation judging by some of their written words.
For both of these types of persons, it is interesting and sad to see how some persons will behave when hiding behind the anonymity of the computer. As an "old guy" I have occasionally acted irresponsibly in my youth, so I can relate, but only up to a point. I suspect that these persons would be truly ashamed if they knew their parents, husband, wife, children, etc., learned of some of the things they write herein. If their loved ones have departed this earth they may even be looking down on these persons from above and weeping at their actions. Clearly they do their loved ones a disservice and dishonor them with such behavior.
Try not to judge the many by the actions of the few. Some persons start moving their mouths or fingers before they engage their brains.

First off you aren't the first to get upset with those who claim religion and do not have it reflect in the action
Ghandi said he loved the Christs Christ..just not the Christians. And Jesus was very upset with the religious leaders of His day that were hypocrites . That did things for all the wrong reasons and it did not go to their heart. So If you are grieved than the Lord grieves with you that someone in His name hurt you . He looks at the heart. See sweetie the problem is just like many other things in order to be a true light that shine the Lord and call yourself a follower it takes a dedication to the Lord and study of His words and communication with Him on everything. Many profess to be and may think that they are Christian but the Bible clearly states that many will knock and the Lord will not know them even though they claim to have worked for Him their whole lives. I have only recently..lets say the last two years changed from a person who tried to be a Christian to a person in training to be one. I hope what I act like is not based on circumstances or another's character but gezI am human and I get in bad moods..but they are less and I notice that I act less on how I feel and more on what I know to be right regardless of how I feel the more I am in His will not mine.. I don't want to be a Christian so you think I am wonderful. I want to be a good Christian so that you can see the one I love ..the Lord is wonderful. I can't do anything if he doesn't help me..include being nice and that is why it is a constant thing. It is the fruit of his spirit which is Peace Patience Kindness Goodness self Control..missed a couple..but in the Bible it shows how many had to go through years of learning before they could be of a good purpose to the Lord. You can not base your belief in Christ on anything but your work in this area. Could you i school base how to spell Giraffe on another kindergartners say so..you would have to do more work. Not all churches follow all the Bible. They pick and choose what fit s the world view ..they make God in our image..and gez that's not very comforting. I am 43 .. I have been a high achiever and had every belief that I was the reason that things were done right or well..Let me tell you that I have nt seen any family or life that did not have the Lord as its focus have a foundation that could last. Doesn't always look like its broken but if people are only satisfying their own needs and not in service or having a world vision..then they are nt even alive ..they are cocooned. Those that do care like a person with your heart..they can't take the means and the pain fo caring..unless you have the Lord strength. Then you can meet this person like this morning and not be upset but actually want to help them be a happier person. That's my testimony and I pray that you don't hear me but you can see His light
I :) I would LOVE to have some people that are like the sweetest kindest people meet you. I didn't believe they existed but you know what ..many are elder..it takes a while to get there:) It made the whole difference to me when I saw a truly dedicated person who had made the Lord his whole life not just some of it.

Don't judge the actions of one person to the entire thought process of a religion. I never see people getting on jihadists Muslims for blowing themselves up in front of hospitals or killing innocent people everyday? However, you think of them as a peaceful race, no? Look at what they did when the pope "insulted" them, they became violent killing people claiming they were a peaceful race. The Muslims are the true form of heresy in this world, not Christians. Yes there are some that claim to be "Christian" that do horrible things in the name of the Jesus. But you only look at this p[poor sampling and think we are all like this. My brothers and sisters, do not be disarrayed by the darkness. I could claim to be God reincarnate, but ye, I do not for I am not. Look more than just on the outside as man does, but look at the heart, there you will see the truth, and then ti will set you free.

Interesting. I am a fundie. Even I know any claim that this message is Christian, or something other than a tired Hollywood Dracula joke, is really lame.
Maybe you should consider that being a little fundie is better than being a big fussy.

Fundamentalists are attacking me also. I am Christian but I don't agree with their practices and they think I go to the wrong church. Tribble Macher promised me a problem and now people are trying to get my account deleted. JC Redding tells people he is reporting anything he doesn't like. Don S seeks out my Q&A just to repeat the same nasty messages again and again. Please understand that even a lot of the fundamentalists are against their bad behavior. I am not a fundamentalists and I certainly am against that. These nasty folks make people hate to hear the name of Jesus Christ so they are actually the opposite of what they claim to be. Obviously a fake fundie or he wouldn't put power in an object.Besides just because some one is a Christian doesn't mean he isn't a butt head.That also goes for any group.Good and bad in all.

If only they could discover the joy that goes with the freedom of atheism. They might actually do something usefull with their time here rather than fritter it away on their paranoia of death.

Sounds like one of those types who are making a mockery out of what they are supposed to be following,and giving a bad name to other followers of Christianity. Other than that its either a troll, a child or an immature adult.
