I work out for 30 mins to 45 mins daily & im 17 years old , 5feet 8 inches tall and 108 pounds. I am a female.
I do eat and im not anorexic, thats a fact lol.
How many calories do i need to maintain my weight?

Actually I don't know about calories. You should however be eating 5-6 times a day. That's breakfast, lunch, dinner and a couple snacks. This keeps your metabolism high.

One way to tell if you're under-eating is if in the afternoons come supper time you're grumpy or snap at people and if you don't talk or anything as soon as that plate hits the table. Also if you eat way more than you wanted for dinner it's a clue that your body is hungry. The reason for the mood issues is because of your blood sugar bottoming out.

Also don't drink pop and drink plenty of water or tea or whatnot. This'll help with weight and diet management. Another thing is try protein shakes, they'll add protein, which will help after workouts, and they help with stabilizing blood sugar too.

You need about 2000 calories a day. In fact you could probably even eat more since you work out. A pound is 3500
calories. If you wanted to lose weight, you would take the number of calories you normally eat, lets say 2000, and reduce to 1500. It would take 7 days for you to lose one pound (500 less per day times 7 days equals 3500). The same idea works in reverse. To gain a pound you would need to eat an extra 3500 calories over your number of maintenance calories.

i'm 5'8" 120 pounds and get asked if i'm anorexic, you're 108 you must get the strares.
I keep my weight eating no ore than 1000 calories and not eating after 7:30pm.
Drink tons of water if ya drink soda one can can set you off bad (little exaggeration) anyways that's how i do it!

You are anorexic you need to put on weight.

Im 5'3 and when I got to 109 I looked like I had aids or something. at 5'8 you are skin and bones and your organs are going to dehydrate and start to malfunction.

1,800 to 2,200 hundrend if you exercise like you said 2,200 learnt in health
