Don't go on miracle food diets, like grapefruit diet. It gives you weight loss because you get sick of it all.
Eat healthy, whole grains, lots of fruits and veggies. Eat 5-6 times a day(3 meals, breakfast lunch dinner and 2 snacks). to keep your engine burning hot. Drink lots and lots of water.
Then get exercise. At least 1/2 hour per day.
Your weight will stabilize on it's own at that point.
For recipes look online, there's tons of sites for healthy lower calorie foods.

If u eat fruits and vegetables thats much more healty than olny grapefruits because if u eat only grapefruits the pounds gets back easier!
