I have a parakeet who loves rock and roll especially electric guitar. She will start tweeting along with the music and bobbing up and down. It is the cutest thing. It has become a regular thing when we have guests over they want to see Sweet Tweet dance to zz top.

Yes, my love birds react well to music too. They love to dance and try to imitate the tune. Just make sure he is not trying to run from the noise, as if you were blasting around him. One of my love birds like the louder and faster songs and the other the more quiet and slow ones. Find which songs he reacts to best.
