i want hypnosis but dont have the money does anyone know any free sites that you show you selfhypnosis or can anyone tell me how?

The best book that I have seen on self-hypnosis is called "Helping Yourself with Self Hypnosis". It's old, but it's simple and easy to follow.

There many sites that sell books, CD, DVDs etc. that can be found on search engines, like Yahoo, Google, Ask etc. They might also have a free site listed. You can make your own tape. Just but affirmative messages to your self one it. Such as "I want to get better" "I will get better" " I am better" I am better in every way and get better everyday"
Never put negative messages like. "I wish that I was better" Repeat your positive message over and over. Stick to short statements. Listen to this when every possible. Put on tape so you can carry it with you through out the day. Any message on any subject or problem can be used, just make sure that they are positive messages. Think positive always, never think or consider the negative.

Look in Amazon.com for a book, self-hypnosis. It can work if you believe it.
