Simple.

Go to the "Tax Rate Schedules" not "Tax Tables" and look at the rate next to your Taxable Income as reported on your Form 1040. You will be either in the
15%, 28% or 35% tax bracket.

It depends on your earnings, what bracket you are in. Just check the chart.
