it is not a phase, but there are medications that can help.

Bummer. It's permanent.

The nice thing is that you can treat it to keep it under control and sometimes the symptoms will go away. But stop treating it, and those symptoms will come back.

I don't believe that it is a phase. My mother has had rosacea for years.
