Depends on the question, I lie and tell the truth...which is kind weird because it's not like when you lie to spare someone's feelings then they'll do the same for you, because the world is full of Ego-Centric Numb-Skulls.

Hi, I'm honest when people ask my opinion. You have to be honest with people I mean what's the sense in feeding them a line to spare their feelings. I find being honest helps more people than hurting them.

i'm honest almost all the time, but especially if someone asks me specifically to be honest......... lies may spare people's feelings but i've found that the truth almost always comes out some where along the line,

I try to be as honest as I can without hurting them. But, if a friend asks me if they are fat or is they've gained weight, I will usually say no. Then, I'll say something like hey I was thinking of going to that aerobics place down the street you wanna come, maybe it will make you feel better:)

I'm honest because lies will just trip you up because you have to keep remembering the lie you told and that's just not worth the energy if your honest then it just makes it easier to deal with.

Most people lie to not hurt. But if you truly care for someone, you will be honest. Or you can honestly tell them that you cannot disclose such information for their security...or whatever is going on.
But, for the most part I try to be honest.

there are times where its necessary to be honest. and there are times where you need to lie. if your friend got a ugly haircut and they asked what you thought you wouldn't say it was ugly. sometimes we lie to make people feel better. now if its a personal issue then you need to be honest.

I'm honest b/c if I ask someone to be honest I want honesty. I say "are you sure you want me to be honest?". And that pretty much gives my view point away.

I try to be honest most of the time because it's hard to keep up with the lies one says, I forget most things, that's why I'm trying to stick with honesty. *_*
