Bring some sand from the dessert - bring a wall hanging or some local art - bring pictures of you in Iraq. Expended ammo cases are fun for boys - emppty shell casings, that sort of thing. Or a desert sword. A "real" desert canteen.

The best gift I can think of is your time.
As a family, hopefully you can just have some quality time to just relax and enjoy each other's company. Perhaps a fun trip later ...just to the zoo or movies...anything that you would all enjoy doing.

First of all I'd like to say thanx for you're services. It's something I could never do & aprechiate all you're bravery. I agree with a lot of the answers.I don't think you need to get them anything, just you're self & then go out & spend some good family time with them. Thanx again.

Buy some locally made jewelry...it is different than what you can find in England. Get your wife a bracelet or necklace and get the kids a watch or buy a handmade rug for your living room.
