You already dream, the problem will be remembering them. What helps is to have a pad beside the bed and write them down as soon as you wake up.

If you mean directive dreaming, I think you just need to think about it as you're going to sleep, that when you're dreaming that you're actually asleep, and to have some kind of marker to tell you you're dreaming, then you can do directive dreaming. I mean you still have choice in a dream, much like in real life, directive dreaming just makes it easier to make such choices because you realize all the while that you're dreaming.

If you want to know how to have better dream visuals, just get out and about in the world, the more you do the more you dream, because dreams are the way your brain works through what you did through the day as it writes it into longterm memory.

Dream from sleeping or accomplishing a dream (something you want to accomplish so bad)?

Sleeping type - STOP!! Do not even think about it and it will come to you.
Accomplishments - have small goals in order to get to the big one. Work on the small ones as check points and before you know it ......YOU GOT IT!!

well you do dream, but the only people that can recall a dream is if the are awaken by it. eat some freaky foods before bed, when I take my flexeril it makes me have some real freaky dreams, like miniature hogs that turn into potatoes LOL!

welll think of that person............or a thing about whum u wanna dream.before sleeping............when u go to bed.think of that thing...nd in thinkin only u will go to sleep.den u will surely dream about that thing
