With a stingray sting, you immediately soak it in really hot water for between a 1/2 hour and 3 hours. Make the water as hot as you can stand it...plus take the injured body part out of the water every now and then to ensure that it does not suffer any burns. I saw this on an episode of Beach Patrol (it's like Cops, but on the beach). It may be the same with a jellyfish sting, but I'm not sure.

When I got stung by a Jelly fish we used Lemon and the pain went away right away I also heard that pee works but I will stick with the lemon

in all probability wash with cleansing soap and chilly water first. Then be conscious antibiotic cream on it each and every couple of hours/each and every time she feels itchy. the chill of the cream ought to help relieve her.

pee on it. like everyone else is saying.
also when you first get stung i think you
rub sand on it to get all the stinger things
out. at least thats what this person did to me
when i got stung.
