They are quite expensive. It's easy to find out for yourself though, and don't pay anything unless you see a receipt.

Go to your local eye care provider, check the figures, and get a receipt or some type of proof from the person you have to replace the glasses from.

Sadly enough, you can't trust anyone these days!!

Go get your own estimate for the same prescription. You don't need to take his word.
