you need something that has a fast beat. double bass kicks come out like machine guns and amp you up easy. I prefer Death Metal for that brutal edge.

depends on what you have planned.
but ever since fighting at a hardcore death/black/grindcore metal concert, I love that zoned effect of the rage you can access. I was a singer in a death metal band so it is still a part of my energy. im older, wiser, but still the beast.

so look into some death metal stuff. its not everyones cup of tea, but you never know till you try it while you train. bag work and sparring is awesome with it. I listen to it on my iPod while weight lifting. gets me in the zone.
but no use suggesting songs, unless we present them for sampling...
