you don't have anything to look forward to, and have a job you don't like. You are wondering what your purpose in life is, and how are you able to make a difference.
Think back to when you were a kid and woke up at 6 every morning, what were you looking forward to, what did you want to be when you grew up? Start dreaming about what could be today, and set a plan in motion to reach your dreams. It helps to take vitamins too.
Have a purpose. Mine is to help people and not let anyone know about it- I do things to help others in secret and stand back and watch their expressions.

Hi,

First off how late do you stay up at night? If you stay up late, that could be one reason you are so "dead" in the mornings. You should ask yourself, " am I getting enough nurtrients from the food I am eating?". " Do I have enough iron in my body". IF you don't think it is any of that, and you don't feel you need to go to the doc because of a possible medical problem, most likely you are just not a morning person. It would be good for you to set your alarm, and get up on the first time of it going off. Sit up in bed for about 5 minutes doing some normal morning stretches and yawns...than get up and walk around and go outside if possible to get fresh air for about 5 minutes...than get in the shower and get ready for the day. A shower in the morning always helps with a person who is not a morning person. It refreshes you and makes you feel awake. If need be drink a cup of ice tea or hot coffee, but not to much or you will get pretty tired again due to the crash of to much caffiene. Good luck! I hope this helped a little.

Need more info than what you have given! Everyone feels like crap inthe morning. What I do when I wake up ( at 5a.m.) to keep myself up is; Stand right up, walk straight to the coffee pot and turn it on and stay out of the bed. I only let the alarm go off once, then I'm right out of the bed. I do this even if I do not go to bed until 3a.m.. Yes. I wake up alot with head aches, but I do not allow that to keep me in the bed. I also will not allow myself to go back to bed. Even when there are times when I feel like I am falling asleep while walking around the house or doing my regular acvtivities. This is why I get on here an answer people questions most of the time!!

Are you getting enough sleep?
Too much caffeine before bed can make you feel down in the morning. Drink water after 6:00pm.
Sounds as though you are exhausted. If you work and give it your all while at work, you probably need a day of rest. Don't feel guilty about it.
Depression also could be causing sluggishness. There is all kinds of help in that department. See your Doctor. Good Luck

There could be many reasons why you may not feel well in the mornings~

Your overall lifestyle: includes your diet, overall health, daily activity level can all be contributing factors. As the body is psycho-somatic (mind, body & soul) all seem to work together. Perhaps, not having enough sleep/sleep deprivation. Life circumstances or emotional health, things like anxiety/stress can have effects on the body as well.

The best suggestion would be to consult your physician to recieve a profesional assessment specifically for your situation.

Try taking a multi-vitamin everyday. I know from experience, I have the problem all the time. If i don't take my vitamins I get very lazy and tired. Also try eating a healthy breakfast. (I'm one of those who can't eat in the morning but it helps) The more wholesome the more energy you'll have and the better your body will function

try to go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday, it helped me. Also be sure to get the sleep you need. Some people only need 5 hours, some people need 9 or 10. Determine what is best for YOU and stick to it. Eating breakfast helps, too.

placed the radio on rather rather quitely. Then bypass to mattress at a typical time and close your eyes and hear the song. at last you will finally end up falling asleep. this might take a whilst to artwork so save doing it for a whilst besides the fact that if it merely retains you unsleeping the 1st evening
