I don't want to hear that they sweat through panting and their paws. I want to know if your dog sweats like mine?

Actually, you answered your own question. Dogs DO have sweat glands, but only between the pads of their feet. And yes, panting is a cooling mechanism for a dog ... so is "contact cooling" (like splaying out, belly down, on a cool surface like dirt or a cool kitchen floor).

Have you spoken to his/her vet about this? It is my understanding that dogs only have sweat glands in their feet. I would get him/her into the vet ASAP, because it could be a condition of something that needs attention. And no, my dogs never sweat, they only pant.

A dog can't sweat because it has no sweat glands. So the answer would be no, my dog does not sweat and neither does yours.
