You can do lots of things!
Creative play - dress up, kitchen, house, ...roll playing type games
crafts - playdough, coloring, glueing, cutting, stringing beads music - put some on and dance around, play kids music and make up movements
Playing with toys - have them pick out something that interests them and have fun joining in. Blocks are great... have the 2 and 3 yr old see how high they can make their tower. Have the 9 yr old build a town for the cars and people
Find a type of schedule that fits you. Have the 9yr old help you out by being a good role model. Say you play for a bit, clean up some, eat snack, play more, have lunch, read books, nap time, snack time, play more, clean up some, parents come home. When you have a plan of action you'll find the day goes by faster!

A couple of ideas:

bake something - kids love to cook (even a 3 yr. old can help)

An indoor scavenger hunt

Make some homemade play-dough

Make a collage (if there are some old magazines and some Elmer's glue you've got a good hour-long project right there)

Create a play from sock puppets for their mom & dad to see The sillier the better.

Simon Says, Red Rover, Red light/Green Light.

Have an indoor picnic

Have a movie one afternoon. Complete with popcorn and dimmed lights. (The rainier and darker out the better for this one :)

The board game memory BUT have them make their own pieces. (the 3 yr old is most likely too young but she could pick what she wants and you could draw it. (unlined index cards work great for this)

Make up a story. Start out with an idea. Let them say what happened next, taking turns. Write it down and they are the "authors" of their very own book!

And if you don't mind cleaning up the mess you could build an indoor obstacle course with pillows, blankets, etc...

Happy entertaining!

Children's crafts are always fun. It's easy to make a simple craft project for a 2-3 year old more complex and fun for 9 year olds. Bake cookies, let the little ones place them on the sheet and maybe press a timer, and then let the older ones decorate them. Indoor water parks are becoming much more popular, you might want to find out if there is one in your area. Kids like going places like science museums, theatres, etc. Find some indoor parks and recreation places and take them out. There's always things to do on rainy days. Board games can entertain older kids for hours, and little kids like playing too, even if they aren't actually playing. Working on learning can be fun for kids too.

Okay, based on some of these answers, there are some really sick people around. :) You can play board games, have them do crafts, have them help you cook lunch and snacks, and let them watch a few movies for down time. If you have a car, you can take them places, like museums, or places where there are indoor activities for kids. This will only be as hard as you let it. If you keep them busy, they probably won't have a chance to get restless and ornery. Good luck! I admire you for spending your spring break working hard!

Play-dough. Seriously. Everyone loves it and the kids will go nuts.

Coloring is always a good idea. I babysit a few times a week so I have a bag with crayons, coloring books, paint brushes, books to read, play-dough, etc. all ready. Might be a good idea for you :)

Videos are nice. Or if you feel up to it get in the floor and play simple board games ex. Operation, Simon. Have them draw pictures. Get a book of crafts

Let them design their own t-shirts, either with puffy paints, permanent markers, or whatever you choose. It's a fun project and keeps them occupied for a while.

Do they have chutes and ladders? Kids always like that game. You could do arts and crafts.
