1) all natural but well maintained
2) a lil help by polishing it with natural colours
3) polishing it with other colours
4) long nails with the works eg with flowers diagram , diamonate etc

As long as they're clean and well kept, how you keep them is up to you. It's really a matter of your own personal style. Do what you like and don't worry about what us guys will notice. Besides, I could tell you that I like one thing but 10 other guys could probably say they like 10 other things. It's all about how you want to express yourself.
