my hands started swelling. They burn also.

Swelling and burning certainly sound like inflammation, though what is causing it might be harder to determine. If you have you touched or handled anything that you could potentially be allergic to, that's probably the most likely explanation

My hands did the same thing they where red in some places and burned i found that when i changed my hand soap my hand got better.

poor circulation. Do you type a lot? Do you keep your arms straight alot without moving them?

You may have to speak to a doctor to make sure the circulation in your arms is sufficient.
