The bracket is in the rear of the car. It goes from the driver side to the passenger side. It is shaped like a large "W" At the center point of the "W" it connects to an exhaust pipe of some sort.

it's called an antiroll bar..^^ those where some funny answers..^^ Or stabilizer in other terms..and no it does not connect to your exhaust pipes it's part of your suspension.

i think its a gas tank protector to prevent tank damage .. don't know the exact name of part .. maybe undercarriage protector ?

to the guy below NO not the part we are talking about read check your self Ive done over 15 350/g35 trannys i think i know what bracket he is talking about your wrong
