sorry Im not as smart (or smart ***) as some of you ... but people are always telling my friend if he dont stop he will have huge nostrils. we didnt see how but didnt know for sure ...

My friend is a jamaican and he has big nostrils, but he never picks his nose

no his nostrils will stay the same size cause i always used to pick my nose when i was young

It wont cause the nostrils to get bigger but its very unhealthy yet normal in children.

Ha Ha, every child and some adults pick their noses, they don,t all go around with their noses splattered all over there face now do they, i can't stop laughing.

Teach your child to use his little finger that way his nostrils stay the same size.

lol cute. No it can't, however it can cause damage to the blood vessels in the nose. This can cause them to break.
