The US did not hang anybody.
They guy was given a public trial and sentenced according to the laws written by the parliament that was elected by the Iraqi people over a year ago.
I take it you have no clue about Iraqi politics nor of the structure of the Iraqi government.

What do you mean hang "another?" The Iraqis hung Saddam, not us. He was turned over to his own government who put the death penalty on him. Get your facts straight, moron!
