How would you react if your daugher got preganant at 14 yrs old , and your wife new all about the pregnacy from the start and didnt tell you , just kept it a secret between her and your daughter and carried on as normal hiding the pregnacy all of the 9 months , only for her recton to be when your daugher went into labour is OH MY GOD ID DIDNT EVEN NOW SHE WAS PREGANANT .
this happened to my sisters husbands niece , the child is now 6 months old but the wife ,when she is talking about the baby she is slipping up on things about her daughter being preganant ,when she said she didnt know she was , anyway she has told her husband that she did no now but he says he will never be able to trust her again .
how would you react ?

well first i be very hurt, then after i found out that my girl of 14 , had a babie,, i be out looking for the one that got her with a child,,, an god help his soul , for the rest, belong to me,,,,i think the wife an i would have a very big round,,,,for her knowing of it ,an not telling me, trust yes it be broken,,, an i hope to say in time, i lear to trust her again,, honest i cant not tell you , for real,,

What is the father like? If he would have insisted on an abortion, or if he is abusive and might have gone so far as to punch her in the stomach or something, I can see keeping a secret. Assuming he's a normal guy, who'd hit the roof but then calm down, there is no excuse for keeping anything major like that a secret.
If I were him, I wouldn't be able to trust my wife or daughter again for a long long time. I would probably resent them both and the baby, but would have to curb that emotion because it is inappropriate and unfair (baby didn't ask to be made!). It might drive me to divorce, I don't know.

I'd be like okay, so we got a new child here, and go from there.
*shrug*
In the military they tell you solve the problem, don't waste time laying blame. Just do what needs to be done.
Too many people will be like "lose my mind, screaming at the girl." No.
Solve the problem, which is there is a child now. Find out who the father is, get him involved in paying for the child. Force him to get a job, etc.
Try to establish relations with the parents of him. Make the best of it.
What's done is done.

Wow!! That's terrible!! Now I know how my father felt all the times my Mum kept things from him about me and he found out at the very last second...SIGH..(About boyfriends and school)...
Poor thing...I don't think I could trust that person again for awhile...That is something REALLY major...How on earth do you hide a pregnancy??! Is it really that easy? Did the father never look at the daughter??Strange....
i'm schocked really! I read about stuff like that in books but I figured it's quite impossible to do....Hmmmm

That.became.Hilarious. I fairly enjoyed how the daughter wrote down a lot of those extremely terrible (or perhaps unlawful) issues in this way of nonchalant way! while uncertain, i think of that this might nicely be a capacity that any scholar ought to apply while proposing their mothers and fathers with their checklist card- while this is undesirable, besides (in any different case i does not advise which you're taking the possibility of giving them a heart-attack). outstanding one!! :)

My initial answer would be 'I'd walk away', but then again, from your story I gather the guy is 100% blind, so where would he go?
I think it's horrible of his wife to lie to a blind husband, too.
And she can't keep a secret, and she can't keep it quiet that she kept a secret. When does this family appear on Jerry Springer?
