well I end up snapping at her, I don't want to but it comes out! I don't yell at her but I say things to here like no Sh!t and stuff like that. I hate myself for that. I try not to but I do the same thing to the first person That I see when life frustrates me!
how do I work on that?

Why don't you take it out on the person that frustrated you in the first place?! I used to snap at my husband back in the day but now I tell him whats frustrating me and he just listens ,thats all I really want him to do is listen. People usually hurt the ones they love or the ones that love them. When you are feeling frustrated ask your girlfriend to listen to you and that will help. Try not to snap because one day your gonna snap at her and she's gonna walk out the door.

You have made the first move by seeing that you have a problem. Seek some help, perhaps some anger management. Your girlfriend does not need to be your whipping boy. We always snap at people we feel safe with but that is not a good reason to do it. Seek help, not for her but for yourself. Good luck

Hmmmm my man does the same exact thing to me when things are not going so good,,,,i just dont understand it myself. And he always ends up saying hes sorry,,,but how long are we suppose to accept them words???? Why not try and work on your issues that make you the way you are instead of taking it out on the one you love? When you find out the answer let me know. THat really baffles the **** out of me too.

At least you can admit it. look into meditation. THere is a lot of guided meditation cds. I suffer from a lot of anxiety, stress, ocd's and the meditation makes thing 100 percent better.

maybe you need to attend anger management, since you can't control youself.. that's dangerous y'know.. Did you even think what will happen to your girl?? I bet she's scared.. Or if you are angry, then just don't meet with her.. what if you really get angry and you've done something really really bad to her??
