Hi,

Honestly if you are eating a well balanced diet, and you are thin, you should just be happy with who you are. You should not put anything except food into your body to change your body unless directed by a doctor. If you feel you have a medical problem go and see your doctor and he or she can check you out, otherwise be happy with who you are. God made you the way you are and you are beautiful or handsome just the way you are. This world is to obsessed with looks and what is supposed to be beautiful. Just know who you are as a person, be happy with what you have. Of course if a person is underwieght do to undereating or overweight from overeating that person should eat healthier for health reasons. You are created in the image of God...you are perfect just the way you are. :)
I know it is better said than thought, but it is something I understand all to well.

Man, this is a tough one, I was a thin guy once myself. If you are thin then I'm guessing fat is out of the question due to your high metabolism, so the only way to go is muscle mass. Try to do work out 3 times a day with heavy weights that you can lift about 5 to 8 times. Afterwards take a protein shake and some weight gainer. If you do this you are bound to put on some pounds. I would go to a popular work out website on the internet, or go to a gym for a trainer to get your workout schedule and muscle training routine. It takes a lot of work, but if you are willing to strive for it, you will eventually pack on the pounds.
