If I were you, I'd stick to something healthy...that's not a fad...because in the long run, youll have better results. Plus, with fads, you risk messing up your thyroid and metabolism. Choose a healthy eating lifestyle and be sure to get in lots of cardio/strength training.

Good stuff to add in to your diet is:
Frozen/Fresh Vegetables and Fruits...
Soy OR lean meat (if you eat meat...which I do not and I am a healthy weight)...
And just be sure to always read labels on things.

Or you can sign up with E-diets...which totally goes against everything I just typed. lol E-diets will find the perfect "diet" for your lifestyle.

Go to the library and get a book on atkins diet. Don't cheat and follow the rules. After you win, keep on because if you start eating too much you will gain it back faster next time because the machunery is in place now. The fat cells don't go away, they just empty out and are waiting to fill up again.
