Start with big corporations. They'll usually have enough funds and private lawyers to help with that and are an easy way to start off.

The best to look though is at Universities, hospitals, and non-profit organizations since they're not limited by the H-1B Cap. They can have as many H-1s as they want, which is a big concern for most companies.

I'm not sure which companies are most likely to sponsor your visa. The most I can say is to just go to monster.com or careerbuilder.com and post your resume. When the company responds to you, make sure they are aware that you need them to sponsor you. Some companies may not want to go through the extra work, but if you are a really good candidate for the job, then they will probably sponsor you. Good luck.

First off a company can't just sponser your visa application they have to prove they have attempted to hire someone inside the US that is qualified for the job and you have to be a professional. In other words you have to have at least a bachelor's degree or better and it must be in a profession that is in demand. Also, you have to have a certain number of years experience in that field enough that you are considered an expert. I believe it is 2 years. Then there is a limit on that number of 15,000 so if the limit is reached you must wait until there is a spot to apply and the limit is always reached.

This depends on your occupation more than anything. In particular fields, such as health care, there are reputable companies which work with those wanting to come to the US. The job search engines also have information on obtaining a work visa in the USA. The major job search engines here are monster.com and careerbuilder.com You can also look to US corporations that have branches in your country and try to work there, then apply for positions available in that company in the US.

Good Luck.
