I don't know it always seems pretty forward for a girl to ask a guy out. I think that the best way is to find little ways to let him know you are feeling him, then let him ask you.
I think he will value you a lot more and he wont feel like you like him too much. However, It is also important to get your feelings across, some guys just don't have a clue. Be confident guys love that.

Ask him out -- how else will you get to know him?
You don't have to do something quiet and intimate for first dates. Go to a museum or a gallery, meet him for lunch at a cafe, something easy and small, inexpensive. See if you can get to know him better that way, before heading into anything more serious.

I think that you should get to know him better. You will be better off becuz you'll know if the two of you have anything in common and then you'll be able to decide if you still really want to go out with him.

I think you should get to know him a little better first. My experience has been that sometimes when you get to know them better they are not as nice as you thought they were. Good Luck!

well i think you should get to kno that guy better....and get to know his personality...if you still like him then consider going out on a date...like to the movies or out to dinner...just don't rush things to fast...take your time and everything will unravel...Good Luck!!!
