I need to be able to create a banner to advertise my business and the number for it on websites. If it would also allow me to easily create buttons and so forth for people purchase items that would be great to. Not sure what type of graphics software to get for this.

I checked for Flash online and it was like $699!! Just for a way to make a rectangular box with a picture and phone number on it that is a bit much. Anyone know of another program?

i would suggest GIMP, which Stands for GNU Image Manipulation Program, GNU standing for the fact its free. and has alot of the bells and whistles you need to make a proffesional looking image, in your case a button.

Flash would be the best. Takes some time to learn though. You can check it out at Adobe.com
