If it doesn't say how much on the packet, don't buy it.
Instead, buy a ordinary chicken breast. Also buy an egg, or more likely 6 eggs since you can't get just one egg. Take a slice of bread and turn it into breadcrumbs by whizzing it in a blender. If you don't have a blender, rip it up into tiny pieces. Buy some paprika too.
Mix the breadcrumbs with half a teaspoon of paprika, a little salt and some pepper. Heat enough olive oil in a frying pan to coat the bottom of the frying pan - heat it till it's seriously warm when you hold your hand over it. Break an egg into a bowl and stir it with a fork until it's all yellow - that should take all of 15 seconds. Dip the chicken breast in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry it in the oil for 12 minutes. Drain it on some kitchen paper, which will soak up some excess oil.
Eat it. It'll be a lot nicer than the asda chicken breast, it's southern fried (kind of) and you know exactly what went into it, especially if you really push the boat out and buy a free-range organic chicken breast. Those processed things - you don't want to know how they make them.
