Daily jogging is d best thing 2 loose ur weight.
Joggin shud b early in morning, in places where therz less pollution is preffered.

Jogging has following advantages:
1. It helps 2 loose weight quickly.
2. It helps 2 maintain proper shape (figure) of d body.
3. It helps 2 increase height.
4. It keeps ur skin free of acne.
5. It also adds 2 beauty 2 d skin, u will start looking beautiful.
6. It helps in proper body functioning.
7. Makes immune system stronger so that body doesn't contract diseases easily.

The only route 2 permanent weight loss is a combination of exercise and diet.

Very low calorie diets or fad diets tent 2 lead 2 d yo-yo phenomenon, in which people lose weight, then quickly regain all they've lost and more. The additional weight is often even harder 2 shed.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

Your goal is realistic and it can certainly be achieved. 2 kg in a month is something like a loss of 1 pound every week. This is not so difficult. All you need to do is to cut down 500 calories from your daily calorie intake. The trick is to manipulate your diet and to exercise. Both of these are equally important.
Avoid eating whole eggs (eat only egg white). Eat only whole wheat brown bread. Also, for fruit juice, have only freshly squeezed juice (no commercially packaged ones). Limit your chocolates, potato chips, nachos, etc. I would suggest putting a complete stop to these for best results. Also limit cakes and deserts. Fill yourself up with fresh fruits (no bananas) and veggies and water instead. For milk, have only skimmed milk.
Exercise everyday for about 40-50 minutes. You should notice the results in about 2 weeks.

i drink protein powder (soy bean) with soya milk every morning & evening to lose weight.. surpisingly, my weight remain the same but my hip become smaller of 3-4inches..

protein increase muscle mass & can also burn fat..

if consume the good protein, your health can also improve!
Do you know that 70% of a human body = water? 20% = protein? 10% = fats & other nutrients.. so protein is very important to our body..
