Yes. Ask for "Cipram", which is the name brand of it here.
Some pharmacies stock it, some don't. If you don't need it RIGHT away, many pharmacies in the major centres (Bangkok, Chiang Mai) can order it for you and have it in 3-4 days or less.

The pharmacists are quite good here - - go into any pharmacy and ask.. the larger the better if outside of a major city - - but ask in any drug store - Rahn Kai Yah -
