How can I get rid of or kill parasites without seeing them?

Can they be killed and pass through without wiggling out of your rectum? I've tried colonics but after awhile it got to be its expensive. Any ideas? I've also heard that "Black Walnut" kills them internally?

It depends what parasite you're talking about, but it sounds like you may be referring to pinworms or roundworms. However, standard antimicrobial treatment for both (and most parasitic worms in general) is albendazole
