30g of Fibre daily
Iron - 10 - 15mg daily for adults
Protein - Everyone's protein requirements differ, depending on a variety of factors including health, age, and size. Actually, the larger and younger you are, the more you need. To estimate you own personal daily recommended allowance, see below
Age 15 - 18 19 and over
Weight Key 0.88 0.79
- Find the key under your age group.
- Multiply that number by your weight.
- The result will be your daily protein requirements in grams.
Example: You weigh 60 kilos and are 33 years old.
Your weight key is 0.79.
0.79 x 60 - 47g - your daily protein requirement.
A 125 gram average serving of chicken breast about 30 - 35 grams or protein, a cup of yoghurt will give you about 12 grams and a cup of 2 percent milk with two shredded wheat biscuits will give you a breakfast boost of 14 grams.
Vitamin C - Daily doses most often used are 500mg to 4g.
B Vitamins - In this day and age where we tend to rush around and cut corners, stress seems to be a big factor in our daily lives. Stress situations increase our bodies need for the B group of vitamins. I suggest that you go to the chemist and get yourself a good quality multi B complex supplement. Ask the pharmacist to recommend a good brand to buy. Avoid synthetic vitamins, very hard to digest.
Calcium - The recommended daily intake for adults has been elevated from 800mg to 1200mg. Apparently, calcium and iron are the two minerals most deficient in most women's diets.
If you exceed 1500 mg calcium on a daily basis you will become constipated.

As for how much of each type of food to be eaten each day I'm not sure whether I've properly answered your question. Just try and make sure you eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegies, nuts and seeds, wholegrains and cereals, lean meats and fish and poultry, reduce intake of dairy products and drink loads of filtered/tap water. You also need to get plenty of sunshine and fresh air, plenty of rest and lots of play time !! Every body needs to unwind and play too ........ !!
PEACE & LIGHT
