i mean..is biotech food better or not?

In many ways yes, because it can often have much better nutritional yields and allows crops to grow in areas that might not otherwise allows it (like deserts)

Of course it's better- it's cheaper for the farmers to grow and harvest, better for the environment through farming practices such as conservation tillage, provides better yield, rice and vegetalbes are often more nutritious, and is more tightly regulated than the organic industry. No harms has ever come from GMO food. People not accepting biotech will appear ignorant in the near future.

People want to eat but most of them are not interested, where does the food come from... They like meat, but they suffer when they see animal dying - so they prefer not to know the conditions in which their food lives, or how is it "crammed" by hormones, chemicals ... etc. Biotech food (if you mean genetic manipulations) is not the greatest problem of the food industry. I think it is not better or worse than so called normal food - because most of our food is no more really natural.
