Hi,
It is very common problem. Don't think that you are the only person facing this. There are lots of people who have inadequate speech quality. And there are remedies for that. Only rule is, you have to do it religiously and consistently of a long period of time. (May be @ six months to one year) You will defiantely find an improvement.

More important : - "Surgery is not at all necessary"

Try either of these options. All of them will definitely help.
You can even do all of them simultaneously.

1. Speech therapy is the first thing you should try. Visit a skilled speech therapist, who can guide you personally.
2. Join a yoga class and give emphasis on "pranayam". Learn to recite AUM properly. There is a specific method for reciting AUM. Learn it properly. (Give adequate attention to breathing.) It will definitely free your vocal cords.
3. Learn Sanskrit. Try reciting Sanskrit shlokas and stotras for almost 1/2 - 1 hour daily. Go to an able Sanskrit teacher or join "vedpathashala". This will help in your pronunciation, as it requires lot of tongue twisting.

dont problem, it happens to a marvelous type of persons. it could many times ensue if uv have been given too lots saliva on your mouth OR if ur mouth is dry. that doesnt help. yet i comprehend what u mean by ability of the stuttering and tripping on words. its many times happens while uv have been given lots dealing with ur head, and your attempting to get all of it out even though it doesnt come out correct. lol dont problem approximately it. only attempt to loosen up greater. as others have pronounced, only supply critiques and tell little thoughts and stuff yet dont attempt to dominate the communication bcos u might experience worse if people word ur errors. so administration ur speech and your p.c.. and you will optimistically build some greater self assurance and then it is going to all be a much off reminiscence! good success xxx

oh..

iam not sure about your gender, but even iam considering you as my friend and my suggestion is you dont loose hope.

there is nothing impossible. you try, try,try till you get good speech.

my suggestion is you go infront of the mirror in your house and close the door of your room,

you speak loudly in front of the mirror everyday, you speak whatever you want. you are not supposed to fear about your surroundings.

if you practice it everyday, you will definetely get good speech, in writing i am giving you.

oh.. my friend i am very sad to hear your disability, i am praying to god to get immediate relief.

once again i am saying, dont loose hope.

No, there is no such surgery to speak fluently. Good grief. If you want to speak fluently, you need to practice.

Speech impairment for you may be caused by a hearing impairment. (have hearing checked)
If not that, it could be damage to vocal cords and disorders of your palate.
If you have any "tics", it could be Tourette Syndrome....this goes untreated in many cases.
