here are a couple of sites that I hope will help. we call it "English for Speakers of Other Languages" or ESOL

English is a center language for the world. To learn English is to better yourself with the communication with the world. There is no such thing of English for Arab or curtain kind of people. English is the one main language. Even though it has many ways of using of the words and many ways of grammar, but everyone should learn in one way and well. That is following the rules. No one perfect, and you couldn't be perfect with English. Just keep on learning.
