I currently only lift around 90 pounds, and my goal is to hit 150. If I lift atleast twice a week, 2 sets of 8 each time, could I be lifting 150 in 5 months?

it really all depends on you and how you train i started out slow only able to bench about 120 (roughly maybe less) within a couple weeks i had cleared 200lbs and i'm only 5'5 165lbs it all depends on you - good luck remember start out slow and take your time building up to your 150 goal when you reach set a higher one maybe 160 by the end of that week and so on make sure you keep your goals in sight

The question is are you power lifting or boding building there is a big difference. Also are you eating enough protein? In order to make muscle you must feed the muscle
