i'm lookin to get pretty huge within a 3 month period... i'm very into weight lifting. currently i'm taking protein before, during, and after i work out. i'm also taking N.O. explode 20- 30 min before i work out. and finally, i take creatine monohydrate mixed with fruit smoothies in the morning, and right before i work out. i'm getting tired of all this stuff... what else is there that will help get me big gains?

I go to www.heartsmartsystem.com, here is where I get the Multi-Complete vitamin. It's 6 vitamins in one packet, and I get great results from it. I also take psyllium husks to promote good heart health and regularity.

if ya have ever taken anti-biotics ya most likely have a yeast overgrowth in the gut, and what ya need is some colon clease, yeast cleanse, and most important you need pure p-73 oil of oregano! it will purge the yeast right out of the gut!

there's nothing wrong with your supplements, creatine is very good for increasing muscle volume bcos it keeps water in your muscles and helps prevent catabolism....just make sure you eat well also bcos food(a balanced diet) is also good for building muscles
