i'm lookin to get pretty huge within a 3 month period... i'm very into weight lifting. currently i'm taking protein before, during, and after i work out. i'm also taking N.O. explode 20- 30 min before i work out. and finally, i take creatine monohydrate mixed with fruit smoothies in the morning, and right before i work out. i'm getting tired of all this stuff... what else is there that will help get me big gains?
