I checked in online my credit account and i saw there pending charges about 29$ and i know that i did my last payment .

Depends on the company, but pending charges usually refers to a charge or purchase on the card that has been recieved by a vendor, but the card company has not yet recieved the stub (the slip of paper they have you sign) from the vendor.

Maybe you bought something that has not made it thru the system but it is probably the yearly charge to keep the card.
